Farmlytics is a web SaaS platform for agricultural monitoring and management. The goal was to centralize fragmented farm data into a single, clear interface for producers, agronomists, and farm managers.
Farm operations run on fragmented data.
Producers and farm managers make critical decisions using outdated or incomplete information spread across spreadsheets, apps, and field notes. There is no single place to see the full picture of a farm in real time.
One platform. Full visibility.
A unified dashboard that combines environmental monitoring, IoT device control, task management, and harvest projections. The user sees what matters, acts on what is urgent, and tracks results over time.
Research, structure, then design.
Defined three personas with distinct needs: producer (simple overview), agronomist (technical data), and farm manager (operational view). Mapped the main user flow before opening Figma. Built the Design System in parallel with the screens to ensure consistency across 7 screens with different data densities.
Academic project. No live metrics.
Complex systems require deciding what not to show before deciding what to show. Every element needs to justify its presence. My role: market research, persona definition, information architecture, user flow, Design System, UI design (7 screens).
